Traveler and password change

If you run Traveler on your smart phone (ie iPhone) and change your IBM Notes password (on your PC) you may notice Traveler stops working !

You will see:



The occurs because when the device is set-up you enter your current password and the device stores the password and automatically sends it to the server, so when you change your password in the IBM Notes client, the password needs updating on your device.

To Do this on iOS (ie iPhone, iPad) Goto Settings
Click Mail, Contact, Calendars
Select your Traveler account
Select your account
In the password enter your updated IBM Notes password and click Done

Traveler should then start working again.
